HELP CENTER

  • How often should a piano be tuned?
We recommend a minimum of 2 tunings per year. We also strongly recommend a tuning prior to any special event involving the use of piano, regardless of when it was last tuned. Two minimum tunings per year should be satisfactory if you do not play your piano professionally or regularly. Pianos played professionally should be tuned at least 4-6 times per year.

The overall cost to move a piano overseas can range from $2,000 to $5,000, or even higher if the model you have is from a luxury brand or a collectible. When you're shipping a piano overseas, in addition to wrapping it in pads and securing it to a board, it will be bolted to a platform so it doesn't move around.
  • How do you transport a piano overseas?
Consolidated freight services can be used to move an upright piano, including antique or heirloom pieces.
